Is my tinfoil on too tight?

This box, connected to what appears to be some sort of antenna, were recently installed on a light pole outside my house.

I think my tinfoil hat is on too tight because this kind of thing makes me suspicious....

....or maybe it's not on tight enough...

Shoot the thing and wait and see what kind of vehicle comes out to replace it.

If it's plain black vans or SUV's with government plates then you should worry.

If it's a white Comcast van then I wouldn't worry too much.
