View Full Version : Where would I go for chain link fence panels? Indoor dog kennel/run
Trying to make a dog run giant kennel in unfinished basement area. Was thinking of doing 6 ft or so chain link like you see at construction sites. Just put the poles into moveable concrete footers and maybe some strapping into wall/ceiling.
Wife claimed she didn't see any at home Depot.
Idea was to do this cheaper than just getting the pre built did cage thing Costco has for like 300 or something.

Try Continental Divide Fence Inc. 5610 Pecos 303-455-1101 It's where I used to buy all my chain link stuff when I worked and bought my stuff for my house also
I was going to suggest Home Depot. I thought I had seen some there.
Murdoch's has kennel panels, not chain link and not as inexpensive probably.
Edit: Looks like they have chain link also

Probably another dream [Sarcasm2][ROFL2]

Well if it was a dream then I likely wouldn't have remembered it anyways.
I thought so too, just going off what she said which I think is wrong, they have it online at least. Gosh just chain link is pricier than I thought. A lot of the premade panels looked like it was going to be like $400 just winging it from website.
Looks like murdoch might be the winner with some thinner gauge pet panels may work best as long as there's a way to anchor it more than just it's own weight set up.

Buckaroobonsai got some of those panels from murdochs. Seemed to work well for him.

Bought some expensive stuff from them a few times, and when I went there for a chain link gate type item....I was chastised in front of other costumers that "We're AG here Sir"......I shook the wtf off, and clarified my purchase interest, and was reminded quite snidely that "We're AG here, Sir".
Never been back, and I still have a piece of mind that I'd like to share with that particular asshole.

Yeah, I was surprised for sure. I had bought all the stuff for my coral from those guys and watering tanks and other stuff in the past......and got treated like that.
I left there pissed.
craigslist if your willing to deal with the crazies.

surprised at the ranch supply dealings people have experienced. Been a while since I've been there, but always had been treated well.
Cost on fence is absurd. Need to see but a 6x10x6high pre made unit home depot has may fit the ticket but $200 sheesh....
AG guys story kinda confusing, it's like all those small mini ranches/farms don't use chain link? Really?
