So, any thoughts on the Dem and Rep candidates for governor? I want to know who supports removing the magazine ban.

Anyone who "wants" the position should immediately not be considered... and what magazine ban? (sarcasm on that question)

They all suck. They are politicians after all.

Also would be nice to get rid of background checks for private transfers. Any idea the chances of this happening? I assume we'd need a GOP state congress and governor.

I admire your hope and optimism, but no, I don't foresee any of it happening. Colorado is done, and has been for awhile, and that was before the 100k people moved here last year... I will however, continue to fight in the ballot box, as long as I'm still living here (which hopefully isn't too much longer).

In the end, I foresee it being Jared Polis and George Brauchler running against each other, with Polis sadly winning.

"WE" Have a majority at the federal level now, all they've done so far is step on their dicks.
What makes you believe it would be any better at the state level. Keep in mind some of the allegded R's are in favor of dumping TABOR.

I've stopped hoping also. The cesspool has taken a strong foothold here and will not leave.

Sorry, Colorado is a lost cause. TABOR will likely be repealed in the next 5 years.

Need to get out while property values are high before the crime wave that follows left wing dominated society follows.

The upcoming census will redraw the lines and further solidify blue majorities

I really wish you guys were all wrong but I can't deny that this state has gone off the deep end. Tyranny is the trend.
