I have an Alien Gear Gun Belt that I absolutely love. I have been losing weight like crazy and I'm down to the last hole on my belt.
Is there a recommended way to add holes to it?
Is it as simple as just measuring and drilling with a titanium bit? It's a steel reinforced belt.
I'd rather not buy a whole new belt if I can avoid it.

Have you asked them? Give 'em a call and see what they say!
I've only added holes to leather, so can't speak from experience for a steel reinforced belt.

Being Alien Gear, they may let you swap it out for a new one, my impatient self would likely drill a couple new holes and call it good.

Having swapped several shells with them (love that), I did contact them first. They didn't suggest I try it myself as drilling could damage the leater, nor offer up a free replacement.

Go to harbor freight and pick up a cheap leather hole punch set.
If you ruin the size you need while punching the hole, you are not out a lot of cash.
This is why I switched to an infinitely adjustable leather gun belt and buckle.
I too thought of a hollow punch to get through the steel portion. Good luck.
Am I the only one thinking "shoot holes in it with a .22"?

Nope! I was thinking the same thing.
