View Full Version : UPS delivers on Columbus Day: Got some new goodies (pics)
Thank god UPS doesn't believe in that bogus holiday. Went to deposit some money into an account and was forced to use an ATM since the banks were closed. Boo! Got home and my day got better as a few things I ordered showed up:
First up is a Blackwater suppressor molle pouch. It's not quite the same color as my two-rifle bag but the picture makes it look even worse of a match than it is. It does it's job and it was inexpensive so it is what it is.

Next up is the new EOTech XPS for my LMT piston gun:

For possessing the very essence of coolness in a rifle, 100 cool points!

Thank you good sir! [AR15]
I went to a Wells Fargo bank yesterday. I didn't even know it was Columbus day until I came back to the office and heard other people complaining about the holiday.

I would say get whichever reticle you like best. People will poop on whichever one they don't have but for me personally I don't even care about battery life or auto off or any of the other 'down sides' that the Aimpoint fanboys will harp on. I just like the reticle and how quick I can pick up targets in just about any light condition. I found that quick target acquisition was a challenge in high sunlight conditions amongst other things. The thing that I didn't like about the previous EO's was reliability in regards to the battery contacts. With the new transverse mounted battery it should have taken care of that issue since the recoil isn't slamming the springs all the time.
