I noticed it's been almost 10 years since I joined the forum and somehow, I got wrapped up for the better part of the day reading old threads from as far back as 2008. Some things have been so funny they've brought tears to my eyes. Others have been kinda sad or serious but interesting. You guys have been some great company over the past 9 or 10 years.
If you have time on a slow day, I highly recommend getting a cup of coffee or something and taking that walk down COAR memory lane. You'll probably rediscover, like I did, some old names you've forgotten about, too, in addition to adding more than a few smiles to your day.
So, thanks to all of you for making the site the great place it is to hang out and kill time.

I've done that too, especially the post whore thread. Go to some random page on it from years ago and start reading...
We lost some gems in "the great crash too.

My Flipper Rub situation sucked, but I know it was funny as hell.
I still owe Honey Badger for that, and he aint around anymore.....lol.
I hear ya, Bailey, and I agree with your sentiments. Thanks for your post about it.
Most memorable (good and bad).
1. North and South site COar shoot every month.
2. Real estate attorney who just wanted to sell his firearm here and not here to make any friends. Then he change the tone later and properly introduce himself.
3. fire. (won't say more than this).
4. Chainsaw (won't say more than this).
5. Kendra.
6. etc. that is all I can remember as of now.

Carl, we still need to sit down @ the Knotty Pine and get to know each other whilst enjoying some cones of their ice cream. Perhaps the next time you're back in CO.
Most memorable (good and bad).
5. Kendra.
That was so funny and confused so many people. Whatever happened to MB888 anyway?
With my mod'ing efforts, I find myself looking over old threads/posts all of the time. I joined the site back in March, 2008 and through that time I made a lot of friends that just disappeared. Seeing some of those old members is tough sometimes, but brings back good memories.

If you can find a post (don't remember the author) that has a list of attributes of the people living in Canon City. You should crack up, probably 4-5 years ago.

Pretty sure that was 68Charger...
