False Tapaalk Message Notifications?

Is anyone else getting false Tapatalk notifications or not getting messages going through?

In the past couple of days I've gotten multiple emails from Tapatalk that I've gotten messages, but when I log in here, there isn't a message, and I don't get an email from here saying I have a message.

They all have been looking like replies to existing message conversations.

I regularly have issues with tapatalk messaging, and have several times not seen messages until logging in on a desktop, which is rare.

Hard to explain, you really just have to see for yourself. I used the original version with very little issues, then paid for the premium service which was perfect, then they made it all the same app, and that's when I started having issues. I don't PM's much, otherwise I'd likely just use the browser version of the forum.

It runs faster and more smoothly than the web version. It also collects replies to subscribed threads in one area and gives you notifications when you get a reply or when you get a PM.

It also collects all your forums in one place. I just run it whether I'm coming to read this, Walther Forums, Ruger Forums, etc.

It is better, even with its limitations/quirks.

Tapatalk was supposed to be a streamlined forum app....imho it's just a PIA.

Agree with Brother Mazin. I've seen too many TT complaints just from this site that I refuse to install it on my devices.

Since I'm not home often I pretty much mostly use Tapatalk from my phone. Seems to work pretty well for me. Maybe I'm just lucky.
