Does anyone know how to use the search feature on this website, if the key words are under 4 characters long?

Usually when I'm looking for information on a certain caliber of weapon, but nothing more specific (ie, brand, model etc...) I get a message that the key words must be 4 characters long. I can usually find a related word that is 4 characters long to provide me what I was looking for...but not today. I was looking for a CZ 75b 9mm...all less than 4 long, and I can't come up with any alternatives[Bang].

Does anyone else find this frustrating? It's not a huge deal to flip through a dozen internet pages, but it seems like it would make more sense to loose the 4 char. minimum on a firearm site???

you can't even put it as an additional word...

One thing I do is use the power of google. Go to google.com or the google search bar if it is setup in your browser and then enter this:
CZ 75b 9mm site:www.co-ar15.com

You can attempt to search any website with the keyword site: Now it isn't always up to date and sometimes you might need to be more specific, but it works very well.

thats what i end up doing most of the time! as a side not, there are times when i update my search to 4 of 5 words and it still tells me the same thing... I was wondering if it was a browser issue /w google chrome, but i tried it on both IE and firefox and had the same issue.

This has been a failure with all forum software for years. They originally did it so people can't choke the system searching for words like "the" and "an". But they need to come out with a blacklist of search terms to block those common words rather than just limit it to 4 character searches.

try adding an asterix to the words, ie 9mm*
