Ah yes!...the annual Christmas Tradition movies.
Those mentioned of course, and a few others. I actually do watch the Claymation Rudolf every year just cause it reminds me of being a kid again.
Some others would be:
Bad Santa
Original Grinch animated
A Christmas Story
Great-Kazoo

I go to the range. Or reloading room
I’m thinking that if I don’t mention it to my wife Christmas will sneak up on her without me ever having to put a tree up.

I don't save replaying Die Hard for Christmas. That's a year round feel-good movie to me.
We will make it a point to break out A Christmas Story, though.

Yeah I wish
Ah yes, that time of year when I argue with my wife and father about how Die Hard IS a Christmas movie. My wife's logic: Have it happen in July and the movie doesn't change, thus it is not a Christmas move. I call BS, because it is occurring during a CHRISTMAS party. Change it to July and they don't have a Christmas Party, thus no one is there after work hours...
Our Christmas movie list:
Die Hard (Because I'm the man of the house and my wife likes for me to have the illusion I'm in charge from time to time [Flower])
Elf
Christmas Vacation
The Nightmare Before Christmas (Usually around Thanksgiving)
Scrooged (every other year)
Home Alone

It's a Wonderful Life
Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer
These are mandatory and all the others are watched as they fit into the holiday schedule.
Merry Christmas everyone!

Meh, I'm on the side of those who say Die Hard isn't about Christmas itself so isn't a Christmas movie per se. All it takes is a reason for a corporate party that shuts down normal operations and the way the country is going, that's more likely to be Halloween than Christmas in 10-15 years. It's still a great movie to be enjoyed year-round and to remind people that they need to be able to think and act for themselves instead of relying on Uncle Sugar to fix things.

I forgot about Scrooged...Murray did pretty good in that, and the smart ass ghost of Christmas present smacking him around all the time is funny.
Another holiday classic.You serious Clark?

Oh, come on...Christmas is integrated throughout the film. It checks the boxes for what's required to be a Christmas movie. Just because the Scrooge isn't green, doesn't mean it isn't a Christmas movie.

A similar argument could be used for "It's a Wonderful Life".
From the DP:
"So, of course it’s a Christmas movie, according to Dish. (And yes, Dish said that this is despite the movie being released in July.)
But Dish offers more evidence that it’s a holiday must watch: Last Christmas Eve, 1,329,806 Americans watched “Die Hard,” which is more than “Home Alone” or “The Santa Clause.” It was the 10th most watched movie on Christmas Eve last year.
Dish counted up 300,000 hours of “Die Hard” were recorded on Dish DVRs last Christmas Eve.
Throughout the 2016 holiday season, 2.4 million people watched the movie. The number nearly doubles to 4.3 million if you count Die Hard 2, which again takes place on Christmas Eve."
Yippee Kay Yeah!

It also appears in just about every Top 10 Christmas movie list known to man.
