New Granddaughter

I'm at my daughter & son-in-laws house watching my grandson (he's still asleep) anxiously awaiting the birth of my first granddaughter.

My wife just texted me that they just took my daughter in for the c-section.

I'm nervous & excited.

My wife just texted me, the hospital just played the lulaby music meaning a baby was just born. This old fool is weeping with joy.

My youngest grandson was born Dec 26th 2015.

We spent two weeks in WA with the kids over the holidays and other than the worry while you wait, and it was the best time ever.

We go up there every year for Christmas so now we also get to celebrate his Birthday while we're there.

NEVER! I always felt sorry for people who had to have their birthday and Christmas combined.


For now on my family will be celebrating 2 birthdays during this season.
