Does anyone else notice a difference in Fat Tire as it comes off the lot or Am I just an alcoholic?
Just mix it with 1554 and have yourself an oprah

She's trying to catch up with Pat Stryker. Which is humorous as all the homeless who were displaced by strykers building[s] downtown. Have migrated to the brewery's lawn, sidewalk and other areas around NB.
I like Lefthand Brewing in Longmont.

We had their Juju beer right from the tap once and man was it great!

I like Lefthand Brewing in Longmont.
It's crazy, I've lived here 2 years and have yet to try them.
I'm enjoying Open Door myself. My boss, his friend and I do trivia there on Tuesday evenings.

I wouldn’t know how Fat Tire tastes in the past 10 years - I was in business school at CSU and they were CONSTANTLY bringing New Belgium folks in to talk about various topics, and those guys could not stop patting themselves on the back. It very much lost my taste for it, as it all felt very hypocritical. The only “microbrewer” in every gas station in America (Sam Adams too). Employee owned like Ben and Jerry’s! Bikes for everyone! Solar power!
Uber meh. Every town in Colorado has a craft brewer who has better tasting stuff. Even when it is free at meetings and parties, you may as well grab old man Coors or Miller or whatever, and I do.

They make one of the best craft stouts in the country (Nitro Milk Stout).
Voodoo IPA on tap at my house.
Avery Vanilla Bean Stout.
They make one of the best craft stouts in the country (Nitro Milk Stout). One of my favorites. BBs Vanilla Porter is also up there.
When I was in college in Spearfish, SD, we'd have to drive into WY to buy Fat Tire. I've since had to boycott New Belgium because of their public stance against the oil and gas industry. I don't remember the last time I had any of their beers. I used to enjoy them.

I liked Fort Collins Brewery, sad now that they are gone.
Horse and Dragon have some good beers on tap.
We don't get out as much anymore so we have not tried most of the new places around NoCO. We will though come the Spring.
Fuck NB
For those that like hazy-hoppy-goodness, try Odd13 out of Lafayette [Beer]
Zundfolge-Mine too! I could bath in that stuff. They offer tours (no kids, I asked) and an on-site pub to try all their beers and special releases. On my To Do list.m

Brace yourself, if you haven't been to old town lately. WE haven't been to OT at night in years. Thursday went for dinner, trendy is the buzz word in OT. Very Trendy crowd. Along with a moderate crowd of bums freeloading at the Galleria, keeping warm. Thankfully the colder temps either slowed them down or off the streets.

I don't care for much from NB these days, I will give them props on their Trippel, and do partake in those from time to time, that one is well done for the price.

The last time I spent an evening in Old Town was the June 11, 2016. Participated in a very nice Pub Crawl (I did not have to pay!) and we visited many establishments, got to see a lot of different bars and "Trendy" was in full force at some of them. It was a good night and after the 4th stop I made sure to argue with all the Bernie supporting bums that dared to spout off. Every one of then crawled back into their gaggle of like minded idiots. It was a great time.
There are some new breweries around the Fort that are not downtown.

I don't know if it was this, or the quad, but I really wanted to like it, but just couldn't.

I once drove to Ellsworth AFB for Boulevard
I used to love Fat Tire when it first came out. Now it tastes like crap to me.

Meh. Tasted alright this morning.
It all tastes like shit to me. I can get a beer down to be social if I have to but eh.
Haven't tried the quad, but am impressed with the Trippel.
The Trippel is OK. I recently got some of the Abby, their dubbel, after not having had it in a while and it tasted different then I remember as well.
If you like a good quad, The Reverend from Avery is excellent.

+1 for Horse and Dragon! We went up and did a few breweries up there a few weeks ago, and went to H&D on the recommendation of a friend who is quite a beer connoisseur and were not disappointed. We also did the O'Dell's tour and had a lot of fun. I think O'Dell is far superior to NB- and it's just a short walk down the street!

I like O'Dell's beers but don't like the "feel" of the tasting room, just doesn't have the good vibe I get at some other breweries like H&D.

Agree on the Reverend, another one of my go to's, but you pay for it. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180108/50fd7dd2c371fa179720d16355624926.jpg
