Give Pappas Cigars http://www.stanleypappas.com/index.php a call. They may have somebody on staff you could hire, if not they should know who is the best around.

You're gonna make people work at your wedding?
Same as the wait staff right?

From my understanding cigars have to sit for sometime after rolling. I guess they could take them home for a later time.
I’ve seen it at weddings there all ready partly rolled and they add on the last outer leaf. What ever that is called I’m no cigar Connoisseur

I just bought a huge selection of decent cigars that I displayed on a table next to the door to the smoking balcony of the venue. I placed a number of cutters and torches there and invited all my guests to partake if they wished.

Well I'm upset that I wasn't invited now

I didn't know you then! I also had a open bar that I bought all the liquor and beer for my guests. The venue allowed us to bring our own liquor and I went around prior to the wedding and asked the prospective guests what their favorite drink or liquor was and I bought bottles every payday of their alcohol of choice to add to the bar. Afterwards, we had sufficient alcohol left over that I went around at work and gifted the leftover bottles to people.

Just be careful if you get Dominicans (don't teach them about Cuba)

Yeah, we lucked out. It was a former private men's club (think wood paneling and leather with guys smoking cigars and talking Wall Street) in Cherry Creek that went under and opened as a wedding venue. I went by it recently and they were bringing it down to make room for condo's.
It’s a pain to find a place that allows you to bring your own Alcohol. We’re found a place up in NOCO we’re going with their allowing us to have kegs delivered to them from my fiancé’s cousins brewery just charging a us a tapping fee (still not cheap but better) plus the open bar for liquor and wine

I did something similar to OneGuy at our wedding. I provided some cigars and several different bottles of whiske/y (that I could afford) for a whisky/cigar bar.

I might look into that I’ll have to price it all out
