Anybody know of any reliable outfits in CS area that could pick up, haul and possibly store 8 standard pallet loads? I was thinking of doing a little auction bidding, but most of the current lots are out of my immediate transport capabilities.

Check with moving companies. Many have warehouse space for rent and equipment on site to handle palletized matl.

I’m thinking he’s trying to score some machine shop equipment from that thread about the barrel manufacturer auction.

If you must know, I found a deal on some "I TRUST HILLARY" shirts for 10 cents.

But I have to take the whole lot. Sounds like a pretty good deal, though.

Works out to 1.25 cents per pallet...

I suppose you’ll be sending those shirts to the poor children of Haiti?

bidding on some ammo cans at carson huh?Actually, I think that lot is going to go pretty low, due the size. I'm guessing about 42 cents per can after tax and buyers premium. Sub 40, if you have a tax exempt cert.

Logistics are killing me, though.

I can haul 8 pallets at a time. And I'm tax exempt...pm me and maybe we can work something out.

The large lots always go for way less. The 1 - 3 pallet lots typically get bid up to $3 - $5 per can...seems to be quite a few guys buying recently because prices have been driven up.

Hmmmm, how long do you anticipate needing storage?

Unknown. Probably several weeks to 1 month, but bids tripled overnight. I don't think my original forecast is going to hold (actually already surpassed), and based on other intel, current bid will likely double by close.
