I submit for your consideration. He is a diehard metal-head but he seems to make some sense of what can only be described as senseless violence.

What do you think? Potty mouth or he's onto something?

As a subscriber of his, I enjoy all his rants. This is a good one.

His video on why we should build the wall is pretty darn good too (I think I even posted it in a thread here).

He also does movie/tv/video game reviews and his recent series on Film Noir has me revisiting the Noir of the 40s and 50s.

I came across him by random. I thought he was just a gamer and game reviewer. But he appears to be so much more.

Yeah I came across him back during the whole #GamerGate controversy when he shifted from game/movie reviews to politics (like a lot of young people in that particular milieu).

Not sure. Potty mouth for sure but he sounds like a cross between Dennis Miller and Gilbert Gottfried. At least he is sounding off on one of our current issues.

This video definitely made me think of Dennis Miller. Unlike Dennis Miller I get some if not all of his references. I don't know what DM is saying sometimes and I think he is just making up words.

Hard to watch with the audio delay and the over-cussing. Could have been a 3 minute video without three or four words.

But... I think he does makes some points and he is dead on about the parents IMHO. A lot of these mass murders, as we've discussed, have been raised in the same types of homes. Same politics. Same level of personal responsibility (or lack thereof) coupled with narcissism. The real world doesn't measure up with how they are raised and they break.

And that speaks to his video game point... Even if games did desensitize a person, he still choses to do evil. Look at these events and you consciousness (planning). And we would have millions of active shooter/mass murder events if other factors weren't involved.

We can have this conversation with antis but I don't this it matters. They may very well see and acknowledge the same problems. Their solution is "ban guns and then it will end mass murder" because addressing these issues means taking a serious look at Lib-PC culture that produces these POS humans. OTH, not addressing the core issues gives them a weapon to use against their political opponents.

When weapons other than firearms are used in mass murder events they shrug, wipe it from the media reporting, and come up with alternative narratives.

I liked it. Being involved in public education I've long stated that parents have almost completely abandoned their parental responsibilities. As far as video games and all that... in my personal view, it's fine in moderation. Kids see worse things on TV commercials. But, parents need to be careful, screen time in young kids can and does lead to addiction.

[LOL]

Had a discussion, about kids of today, today. Sad really how parents have abandoned their responsibilities.
