I need to pick up a few 6.5 Grendel magazines. Any particular brands to stick with or avoid? Just looking for a few 5, 10, or maybe 15 rounders.

Thanks.

I have c-products mags for mine. Haven't shot that rifle a ton, but they've worked fine for me. I've heard reports of others that haven't had as good of luck as me.

I've been real happy with E-Lander mags.

I would buy the magazines that Larue is selling with his guns

I had to modify my c products mags to feed well. Elanders have been flawless.

I second the c products and the E-landers, have run great in mine. I only have 5 and 10 rounders though, don't have any experience with the higher cap mags.

+1 on the E-landers. They have worked well for me too.

Would anyone in the Denver area have 6.5 Grendel mags in stock? I need some for my AR, just test ran my build and couldn’t be happier.

I have Elander and ASC stainless steel mags, Elanders are nice but a little more expensive and sometimes hard to find in stock. The 5 round Elanders are 10 round bodies with extra non-expanded spring to take up the space and are heavier than the 10 round mags. The S/S ASC mags allow you to load to 2.3" instead of the usual 2.260 which helps a little with the longer bullets. Most of my ASC mags needed some tweaking and sanding of the lips to eliminate scratching the brass and sanding down the front to allow rounds to feed properly. Not sure if anyone local has them. I usually order ASC from Surplus Ammo or Gun Mag Warehouse. The Elanders were ordered from Alexander Arms and I believe Larue sells them.
