I was going to make some joke about ears but seeing it in use, it makes sense for longer range stuff.

That's almost exactly what I thought word-for-word. Came here to make a joke, but seeing it, I'm now interested.
Cost/durability though may still be a concern.

Seems like a direct copy of another, similar product. At least the Periscope idea, which is brilliant.

Everyone will of course aim for the "periscope".

I'm still seeing spots in my vision from their damn display units. The light is BRIGHT!!!!!!!

They work! We took one out a couple weeks ago. Only shot at 600y, but worked just as advertised. You can clearly see it with the naked eye and through the scope. These will be great for RO's at matches.

Everyone will of course aim for the "periscope".You will then hit dead center, Murphy's Law

Wonder how it does in the blazing sun we get here during the day.. as well as if you can just have it flash once when it is struck rather than lighting up and then flashing afterwards. In a match scenario the second strike would occur while the light is still flashing from the previous hit. I also wonder if the periscope section alone is replaceable and what the cost would be as it would be pretty much a given that it's going to get hit.

They work well, and in full sun too. They come with two of the reflectors, which take a lot of hits, and are replaceable for $11. Several modes as well.

The Lumatic system looks cool for pistol.

For long range and high power rifle, wouldn't it make sense to have a hit sensor paired with a remote indicator?

Remember, you saw it here first. :-D

Nope, better for the shooter to be ON the target. Offset and remote indicators help the ROs, but slow down the shooter. Good shooters are not waiting for slow ROs this way.

My 13 year old has a knack for shooting my chains and structural pieces of my targets rendering them useless until we get home.....he would no doubt hit this!!!

I thought so too, until I saw the prices...
No wonder no one has ever seen it before and it's almost a year old. Cheapest set-up of four plates is over $4,300.
