I should mention that I have a little touch up gun.

I would think so... you don't use much at all. Haven't done anything that large, but I used 12ml to do a lower and a 18mm crescent wrench for giggles. Had extra.

Yes and then some. I know a guy that has a gun if you want. He lives really close to you

Yes, probably with 2oz left over if you spray properly, I keep secondary projects I want to paint in around in case I don't use all of the cerakote on the primary project. Properly sized tip on the gun is critical, a .8mm to 1mm for proper flow rate. Need a nice wet shiny coat of about .001", not enough will give a sandy texture and too much puts runs in the finish. Lighting is also a big deal when spraying. I use an Iwatta 80lph at 13-15PSI as it has very good droplet and pattern control. The paasche they sell in their tester kit packs is garbage (leaks all over the place and requires a lot of work before it is use-able and I still didn't like how it shot after fixing it)

This is the c series correct (h series is heat cure, will melt your skins)? Cleaning and prep (media blast in cabinet, hand sanding will not cut it) are the biggest part of the equation and then leaving it alone for a few days (3 day minimum cure, don't mess with it before then, it will not be pretty). Hope you have a decent spray booth with proper ventilation and breathing apparatus, this stuff is NASTY with all sorts of MSDS health hazard warnings, heed them. I'll get an instant headache from 1 good whiff of this stuff. You will need a lot of acetone.

I don't even open it with out a respirator on, that stuff stinks horribly. He is probably using "C" series which does not require a part b mix, just air cures after 3+ days. I'm assuming the color is "sniper gray" since that is in NIC's color palette.

I have a spray booth at my shop and all the gear. Too easy. I'm doing Tungsten Grey to match a JP rifle I own.
