Hey there, I live in Lantana, Texas, a suburb of the DFW metromess. After 56 years in California, We followed our Grandchildren to Texas. Now after 11 years, here, I can not imagine going back to the socialist republic of Commifornia.
We spend as much time as possible at a condo in Winter Park, and then some in Santa Fe.

Refugee here is well. Only thing I miss is beach and the winter weather.
