I had to look up what x-products was. I guess people really are just opportunistic shitheads who cant read. When I read the 2nd amendment, I see right, not privilege. He's got his. Even if he ONLY sold any of his crap to .gov/LEO/.mil, he has his. Why? Because as a business owner/product developer needs to have access to those products and weapon systems for testing the stuff he would sell. He doesn't care about anyone else and their wants, desires, and needs. He is personally unaffected by any ban, licensing, etc. because he will always fall under the umbrella of lawful possession by virtue of his business.
