He had a wonderful way of communicating with people. He will be missed.

Regardless of how folks felt about his faith, he was a man to be admired for having such a genuine faith and love for others. He shared his faith and evangelized without all of the flash and fake bs that so many tele-evangelists possessed. He was an amazing communicator and if he hadn't had the calling to serve God he easily could have been a successful politician or ambassador.

99 years old. That was a long life full of experiences we can only imagine.

Apparently I’m a Bible Thumper now for defending the nations flag being flown in honor of the late, great Pastor. Or so says my Agnostic Co-worker, then again same guy advocates bird shot fired from a shotgun for home defense, so I guess I’ll just sit back and cling to my AR15 and “Religion”. RIP Mr. Graham. He has already no doubt heard his Lord and Savior say “well done, though good, and faithful servant, Enter now into my rest”

Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkI expect comments like these on some of the large national forums, but not here, what a shame.

Isn't the anonymity that the Internet provides just grand? It tends to bring out the best in people.[Sarcasm2]

Why do you think him a con man?

It's always a big deal when someone stands before the Sovereign King, and finds out the awful or majestic reality of the ratification of how they lived -- and most importantly, ended -- their life. It's the biggest of deals for all people.

Ask for money on tv, get rich, yap in front a crowd and talk religion, get rich. all in the name of God...allegedly.

I've been around enough con artists in my life, I can most usually recognize them the minute they start talking.

Jerry Falwell was a con man
Billy Graham was a con man
Joel Osteen is a con man.
I tend to think Dr. Charles Stanley is too, but even I have to admit, the man gives a good sermon and he's the only one I could ever stand to listen to who I didnt think was completely full of [emoji90]

I have no issue with the worship of God as I believe in God myself, but I have deep rooted issues with organized religion, the Bible, the Jesus story and the extortion of people's money in the name thereof.

To me its all a bunch of hocus pocus, mind control and population control.

How do you feel about Dr. Laura Schleshinger? Or Jordan Peterson?

**I don't want to put these two even in the same sentence, but they were the first two names to come to mind.**
