Can't find this style for the life of me or even what the hell they are called. The ones I need have to have a 1" bore and 1 1/4" bore

Check out music stores & band equipment stores, there are similar comps on adjustable sheet music stands.

Post mount or pole mount or tube mount clamps are all terms that can be used tube clamp is the most common name

Fine. Since no one else is going to ask, what are you looking to do with the clamps?

I'm building a tripod and need these for the legs to make them adjustable. I think after searching the web for a couple of days I'm going to use the shaft collars like JSLO posted. I will just make handles for them.
