At church this morning, after the first service, we had a "town hall" discussion on guns. The panel consisted of George Brauchler, Andrew Romanoff, DC Sheriff Spurlock and a retired nurse activist, Mary something. Very impressed with Brauchler, always have been. I can only figure he felt his chances of winning the Governor's race, in this liberal state, was slim, and felt he could better serve as AG. It was, basically, all emotional arguments. Such as the "if it would save just one life, it's worth it". Brauchler squelched that. Spurlock was squishy, claiming he fully supports the 2nd, but, don't know how the framers would have handled or know about mental illness. Romanoff and the activist were, well, liberal activists. 3 of the news stations were there and guessing the sister of a Sandy Hook victim will get the majority of air time with her speech (preaching), without a qustion.

This is my take on the situation.

"The 2018 Colorado gubernatorial election will take place on November 6, 2018, to elect the next Governor of Colorado. Incumbent Democratic Governor John Hickenlooper is term-limited and cannot seek re-election to a third consecutive term."
