If you're a man in Argentina, approaching 60 years old, what do you do? Do you keep working until 65, the age at which men can retire, do you file a lawsuit claiming discrimination since women can retire at 60 but knowing it'll take a long time to go through?

Or, do you do like this guy, and get your gender legally changed just so you can retire 5 years earlier!

Apparently, Argentinian law is a lot more lax about that sort of thing, not needing proof of surgery, "feel like a woman in a man's body" or anything. So, Sergio became Sergia.

Well played sir, er, ma'am!

with my 2nd daughter going to college in the fall, and no financial aid available due to my income... This made me think...
Could we get divorced, and stiff my wife with sole custody and really crappy alimony and child support (since I live in such an evil red state), then have them re-apply below the poverty level? (my wife doesn't work outside the home)

I mean, they'd be broke, (and victims of the patriarchy)- so maybe they'd get all kinds of grants?
