Been cleaning out my garage and found an unused/unboxed part that I don't recall what it is.
Can anyone identify this part?

Looks like a cartridge style fuel or oil filter style housing.
Any stamps or basic part number on the case or lid?

Fuel filter for sure. Maybe for a 90's Jeep? Looks familiar and I had a few of those around over the years. That reminds me, I got some plugs I need to give away.

Blinker fluid pressure regulator. If your blinkers aren't pressurized they won't blink at the right speed. I run mine at 18-22 PSI in Summer. In Winter I typically swap it out for a 25PSI regulator because the cold weather thickens blinker fluid and you need more pressure.

It's a muffler bearing pressure regulator[facepalm]
It's a turbo-encabulator pressure relief modulator, with asymmetrical mounting nuts. Top nut is metric, bottom nut is SAE.

Ever own a GM vehicle? Looks like a wix 33481 or Napa 3481 fuel filter. Commonly used on a lot of different models up until 2005ish?

How big is it? Looks like cartridge oil filter. Does the top screw off?

No, clearly it's a turbo boost enhancement device designed specifically only for engines that require air in order to operate at maximum proficiency under the most demanding of circumstances. I did some extensive research regarding this particular part, and all of my findings consistently point to optimum intake capability while maximizing atomization at molecular levels for optimum air/fuel mixture under any circumstance or load demand. Clearly convenient for any motorist looking for solid power and superb fuel economy.
Ginsue, hold on to that gem....you'll only regret it if you get rid of it.

In the last 12 years I've had or maintained and since gotten rid of an S-10 Blazer, Mazda 626, Ford Escape, Geo Metro, 99 Durango, 95 Celica and a 99 Ram 1500. (The first 5 of those were bought for my kids to drive)
I've still got an 02 Intrepid, 05 F-250 (diesel) and 2 Civics.
I was hoping this was for the F-250, but with my luck it's for one of the vehicles I no longer have.
In cleaning my garage I tossed a few new oil filters for vehicles I no longer have as well as a new set of rear brake pads. Couldn't determine which vehicle the pads were for and the box is too mangled to try to take back for store credit. Still have a new set of Napa brake pads for something I no longer have but the box is in excellent shape so I'm going to see if Napa will give me store credit for them.
