New fishing/small game license

It's that time of year again. Just so nobody is surprised like me, THE LICENSES ARE GREEN! They've been blue as long as I remember. It don't feel right.

I noticed the text is hard to make out. The gents at the store said every place in town was having the same problem. One guy speculated it was due to the new paper. Just out of curiosity, has anyone else experienced this?

I'm guessing the color will change every year. A quick and easy way to see if it is valid or not.

I get to be a hipster with my old retro license so I'm happy. That new fishing license is ugly as hell but at least this reminded me it's time to renew.

Got mine in the mail. I think the signature stuff is new too. I'm just glad the change something every year. And the parks merge was cool. Keeps me on my toes.

Mine's definitely more legible than that, but it isn't as dark as it could be.
I'm assuming some weird heat printer that wasn't hot enough or something.

Illegible? The only thing they didn't put on mine was number for firearms i own.
