I have a short video that the person shot on a phone. Problem is a couple times the person flipped the phone so now you have to tilt your head to view it. Is there a way to flip those parts so they look the same?

It’s not hard on an iPhone. I recently had the same problem. Open the video in the iMovie app, rotate it and save, done.

I was able to figure it out on Movie Maker. Split the parts you want and rotate.
