Holy cow, mark your calendars, the Ninth actually got a case right! TLDR version - Guy leaves camera, monkey picks up camera. Monkey takes many amusing selfies with camera. PETA sues to take control of profits "on behalf of monkey." Lose initial case, lose appeal.
