cdnn has a couple of these models on sale (https://www.cdnnsports.com/sig-sauer-p220r-lh-mitch-rosen-arg-holster.html?___SID=U#.WvyUJKTRVEY)- but they are all left handed models - does anybody know if you can just reverse the clip and it becomes a right handed model?

Judging from the photos it looks like its just a couple Chicago Screws holding it on so you should be able to flip it around. Worst case scenario, if those aren't actually Chicago Screws you could grind off the heads on the back side and then replace them with Chicago Screws.

The pics certainly look that way, but the description has this:

AMERICAN REAR GUARD
An Inside-the-Waistband holster with an offset attachment loop, the ARG is reinforced at the top with double leather and steel, thus facilitating ease of one-handed reholstering. Stitched sight rails ensure that front sights will not pull leather. The ARG does away with the excess bulk typically associated with inside-the-waistband holsters. The ARG features a radical rearward muzzle rake. You can wear it with a tailored suit, and it will NOT print. The belt loop is stitched on and very snugly fit to the dimensions of the belts which I offer. The butt of the handgun is as snug to the body as possible.

Maybe you could call for clarification?

After looking at Mitch Rose's website (https://mitchrosen.com/products/holsters/inside-waistband-holsters/), the picture looks to be an ARG express (ARG-EXP $90) with the screwed loop. The original ARG ($150) shows as a stitched loop.

I just got off the phone with Seth, from CDNN. He stated that the photo's are correct, even if the descriptions may be incorrect. So, take that for what it's worth.

I went ahead and ordered one for a different model pistol. Figured at that price, I wouldn't get hurt too bad.

So, I guess thanks for the heads up... And costing me money... [dig]

YMMV

Mine came on Saturday. It has the screw-attached loop. It is for a full size Sig and has a slight curve to the "fin" where the belt loop attaches, appropriate for LH use. I am hoping that will conform to RH carry without much trouble. It seems pretty well put together for the price.
