Was debating whether to just attach this to the Boulder Ban thread (since it's sort of related), or create a new, but figured, what the heck, may as well make a new.
In Longmont this Saturday (May 19, 2018), from 1-3pm, there'll be a pro-Second Amendment rally. It'll be held at the intersection of Hover and Nelson. Organizers are asking people to bring pro-Second Amendment stuff, but not political attire (like MAGA hats, etc) to keep the focus on the one issue at hand.
It's also going to be a fundraiser for the Longmont Humane Society. They'll take cash, as well as things like dog/cat food, blankets, dog beds, poop bags, etc. The donation truck will be outside the Skye Brewing facility (which has agreed to the parking, which means I'll head in there afterwards for a drink or two!).
