As if I didn't already despise RTD enough:

LITTLETON, Colo. -- One person was killed after being hit and dragged by an RTD bus near downtown Littleton Thursday afternoon.
A spokesperson for Littleton police said the person was dragged from Prince Street to near Windermere Street -- a distance of several blocks.
Police have closed eastbound Littleton Boulevard between Prince and Windermere Streets while authorities investigate.

Que the "Your safety is our priority." ads on the sides of their buses by next week. 10 points to the first person that posts a pic. Do you think RTD refund ad money when they yank paying ads to remind the public how safe they are?

Also, RIP for the unfortunate person that was killed.

However, like the Uber suicide in AZ, until the details come out I won't "throw anyone under the bus"...

I have to wonder if the pedestrian's smart phone was broken in the collision or did the pedestrian have enough time to change his Facebook status to "under a bus"?

I wonder that it might have something to do with all the single lane traffic due to construction.

I wonder if it was one of the telemarketers who’ve I told should jump in front of a bus?

In all seriousness a very bad way to go.
