I think the FISA one will be more interesting. The thing is, no matter what happened, it will always be just below the bar where they have to do something about it. That and the FBI is in the 'intent' game. Hilliary didn't intend to break the TS information act. These guys didn't do it for partisan reasons. What ever happened to just good old shouldn't-a-done-it?
