View Full Version : From Now On, When I Think I'm Having a Bad Day...

...I'm gonna remember the day Peter Strzok had in front of Louie Gohmert and Trey Gowdy.
Strzok is probably thinking to himself, "I must be coming down with AIDS...because I have this terrible pounding sensation in my ass."
Gowdy and Gohmert just unloaded on him today and it was wonderful to watch/listen to.
Plenty of YT videos for those who missed it.
After Strzok said he didn't "appreciate" how Gowdy was characterizing those events, the congressman fired back: “I don’t give a damn what you appreciate, Agent Strzok.”

If he feels that way, he only has himself to bitch at after sitting down on the John Holmes dildo and riding it as if it were a mechanical bull. I have generally been a big supporter of the FBI and law enforcement in general but what he did was tantamount to treason in my book.
It's all show until someone is wearing handcuffs.
Today, the Dims said elections don't matter and cheered it.
Strzok and his superior (don't recall her name) should both be relieved of their jobs.

Personally, I think it's gonna worse for those two (Strzok and Page) before it gets better. Maybe not to the point of going to jail but definitely losing their jobs.
It's all show until someone is wearing handcuffs.
Yep.
It's all show until someone is wearing handcuffs.
And then it's a party in certain circles?
Watch the video though, despite the reaming, just smirking his ass off.
The fact he can't control his smug smirking is crazy. He is some kind of top tier narcissist. Comey, Rosenstein, Strzok all acted like spoiled children who have been caught stealing from grandma's purse and know their parents are too pussy to beat them with the belt.

Is this the guy that was sleeping with some lawyer and sending a bunch of texts, or someone else?

I think you just described 73% of DC.
Is this the guy that was sleeping with some lawyer and sending a bunch of texts, or someone else?
I think that's a TV show.
Me paraphrasing: This was a guy that was exchanging texts with his female boss at the FBI where they essentially said that there was no way that they would allow Trump to be President.

As usual, Gowdy did an awesome job. One of the good guys and Congress will be worse without him.
Gowdy makes a hell of a prosecutor...but what really came out of his stint in Congress?
Can someone translate this for me?
Congress is mostly stupid assholes doing dumb bullshit for show, and people should have the balls to stand up to them, right or wrong.
I think there is some truth to this statement, but it's very nice to see congress act how they are supposed to on rare occasions.

I got news for you, the Democrats think Strzok did fine. Notice that he refused to answer the most important questions, claiming the FBI counsel so instructed him. This wasn't just Strzok stonewalling Congress, this was the FBI.

Well of course they do. They also think it's OK for all sorts of other, anti-social behavior like saying the president's child should be turned over to a sexual predator and calling the first lady a "feckless c***". That plays fine to their unhinged, extreme base but it isn't playing well with the rest of the country. It's not over for Strzok and Page. And it's not over for democrats. They may think a "blue wave" is coming in Nov and it might be. But I think the chances are better than 50-50 that the wave is going to be headed out to sea instead of towards shore.

This was really the point of the OP anyway. It wasn't meant to be a comment on the work of congress overall...it was meant to be a comment on Gowdy and Gohmert showing Strozk to be the lying scumbag he really is. And they did a fine job on this particular occasion. It's too bad some of you are so cynical with everything .gov that you can't see the brief flashes of good that do occur once every blue moon.
I was just doing the translating. I like Gowdy.

My last comment regarding cynicism wasn't directed at you, Irving. Sorry if it came across that way. Just cynical people in general. I get that way occasionally but I try not to let it become a lifestyle.

In concert with the Dims and MSM, yes. The FBI is now exposed as a partisan organization that openly ignores the laws it is tasked with enforcing in order to interfere with elections (both before and after as the evidence goes).
It will be very dangerous if Strzok walks from this. The precedent being set is that gov agencies can work with political parties to advance a candidate while constructing false facts (Russian collusion, Steele Dossier, etc...) and hide that construction behind "national security."
And it's only in the open now because of those stupid texts!!! Had they had enough sense to use off-record/secure comms (like Nellie Ohr's ham radio) there would be no proof as all of Nunes' requests get ignored and docs are redacted. Took 1.5 years to learn FBI fired Steele and still sought the FISA warrant after knowing he was 100% bullshit. As they leaked the false facts to the MSM even!!!

To add to what Skip said above we would've NEVER known about this if Hillary had been elected. Thankfully (I guess), we now know the FBI is the most corrupt law enforcement organization in the history of our country, overseen by the corrupt DoJ. We know this now thanks in large part due to what congress has uncovered during this investigation. There were those that said this pales in comparison to the Watergate scandal. No, it doesn't. This dwarfs the Watergate scandal. They aren't even in the same league. The media, the FBI, Obama, Hillary, the DoJ, the DNC...were all conspiring to affect the outcome of a presidential election using espionage, fabricated evidence and corrupt gov't officials and organizations to cover their tracks. The protective layer of corruption that protected people like Strozk and others is so complete and goes to such high levels that he feels he's untouchable. This is the biggest scandal in the history of the country and we still have the majority of the national media that won't report on it because it undermines their anti-Trump, anti-conservative, anti-American agenda.
On top of that we have members on this forum that say they actually support Strzok's actions in this hearing all because "fuck the federal government". Anyone who knows what Strozk (and others) did under color of law in an attempt to undermine the lawful election of a president and watches Strozk's behavior in that hearing and says, "I,m for anyone that stands up for themselves in front of congress fucks, left, right, good , bad", is completely separated from reality in my opinion. I'm stunned by that sort of comment re: this situation.
BG -- if I may, I believe it has to do with someone becoming jaded about such consistent abuse of authority that they lose sight of legitimate authority entirely -- even when exercised by that same body which jaded them to begin with and remains valid even when illicit.
It's the same mentality/issue as those who do not care when a good, honest, loyal, fair street cop catches a bullet in the face simply because the crooked, dirty, illegal activities cops have ruined them on all police.
It's the same mentality/issue as becoming an avowed communist, anti-American former soldier because you realize how utterly unnecessary the Iraq war was (know a few of these guys).
The irony is that such an attitude of anti-authoritarianism is, I believe, actually borne of an innate and sincere desire for authority which is good. But that requires humility and obedience when the violator does the right thing.
The oil company CEO being brought in to explain oil prices is an especially good example since MOST oil "profits" are set by, and go straight to the government.

I had just been listening to the hearing. Finally got around to watching it. Strozk is a freaking psychopath.
