...the Corgi Ranch, that is.
We adopted these two little cuties today, one boy, one girl, brother/sister. 8 weeks old. Spent the evening integrating them into the pack at home. So far, so good.
Don't have names yet. We'll work on that over the next day or two.
And the answer is, "Yes. This should probably go into the 'WTF Were They Thinking Thread'."

Those two are two cute! Reminds me of when my Jack Corgi was young now 13 years later he is just a grumpy old man. Hows the others taking them in?

Nice !!
OBC sounds good for the boy.... ;)
When adopting liter mates, are you at all concerned that they bond with each other more than you and make it more difficult to train/discipline?

^^ Don't know. Never done it before.
I read an article about that once. I have a feeling it was one of those articles that was just filler because someone needed something to write and you won't notice any difference.

Great looking dogs.
We picked up a brother/sister pair of toy poodles back in '05 and never had an issue with them from a training or discipline standpoint.

We've had mom/son that we've raised together without issue. Close as I've come to having siblings to raise.
Oh, yeah...let the nights of little sleep begin for about the next month. First night was a resounding success. No loud whining, no barking. Went outside x3 during the night and no puddles or piles in the puppy box.

Beautiful looking livestock you've got there.
Just don't try to milk them; especially the boy. Of course, if you DO try milki the boy you will likely have a friend for life. [LOL]

You speaking from experience or is that just good advice you've picked up along the way?

Yeah...they're fairly cute.
I think we've settled on "Scout" for the little boy. He really likes just going his own way. Still up in the air on the girl but Mrs BG likes Harper. She says it's a perfect companion name to Scout since "Scout" was a character in the Harper Lee book "To Kill a Mockingbird" (even though Scout was a girl character in the book). I prefer the historical connection to two famous scouts of the area, Lewis & Clark.

Ahh pampered pups!
You need to enter that pic in a puppy contest, I bet you'd win somthing.
Those pups are almost terminally cute.
Scout and Harper are phonetically different enough that they should easily tell the difference.

Oh my freaking goodness. Makes a grown man giggle.
Just had a chance to show the spousal unit this thread...and she was smitten by puppy cuteness.

That's why I can't wait to see them @ Tour de Corgi on 11/29. [Flower]
