So I have no experience with this year of car...What does "138" mean? What else would I be looking for? Any advice is appreciated here or PM.

If I can give you one piece of advice, if your wife insists you trade it in on a 1971 opel kadett station wagon, tell her to get bent.

If we only knew back then!! Personally I have owned several 1965 mustangs, and a 1969 MACH 1. My dad had multiple 55 Chevy's and even a Nomad station wagon...Wish I had them all right now!!
