That confuses me too. Someone broke into a truck and stole from it. I don't understand how, as the thief, you get mad at that. That area had issues that's why they picked that area for their bait truck. Can I use a similar excuse if I get pulled over because of a speed trap? instead of arresting them, just put dye packs in with the shoes- triggered when opened... nothing will piss off a hood rat more than ruining a crispy fresh new pair of kicks, especially if they think they're rare.
