I wake up every day at 6 a.m.—thanks to perimenopause, sleeping in is a distant dream. One daughter and my son still live at home—my daughter is in college in Denver and my son is about to be a high school senior. Each night I remind them to set their alarm clocks eleventeen times, but I usually end up waking them up anyway because they forget or they sleep through them. Then I make smoothies (the only thing I can “cook” that is palatable), remind everyone to brush their tongues (not just their teeth), and make myself coffee while they get dressed.

It's no wonder she wants guns banned. All the humans in her immediate vicinity are dysfunctional. Her husband doesn't even want to be around her four days a week (I couldn't do that).

If your high school (senior) child has to be reminded to set an alarm you have failed at parenting and your child is going to fail at life. Before someone here wags a finger at me, there are humans at that age who were sent to war not too long ago.

She has already admitted she can't make anything better than a smoothie. It would probably substitute the socially unjust lettuce (Mexican slave labor) for sustainable, organic kale. It would be the worst sandwich ever.

She has probably never fired a gun or worked an honest day in her life. Can only hope her kids turn out real swell.

Even if she has fired a gun, it wouldn't matter. She's in this for Bloomberg's financial support (by my count, that makes 3 men who are enabling her privileged lifestyle), she's just a puppet acting on his whims.

My only hope is that this article gets mined for oppo research when she finally gets around to announcing her political ambitions.
