It's been 2 months since we closed on a house in AZ. We could not have down it without help, nay a Lot of Help from a lot of forum members.

There's too many to thank for you literally putting aside your own plans and work schedule to make the move, ok 2 moves and 4K miles in 1 week happen.

If i started listing everyone here, i'd break the 40K post count mark. I will say some were aMazin.
Others (you know who you are) went above and beyond what either the wife or i ever imagined you would and could do with such short notice.
Even those who made the time to come by and browse Honest Hamid's 24/7 garage sale. Had it not been for you we'd still be moving stuff down here. The line i'll quote and still do from a forum member is Good Thing I Took my Truck !

Friends and those who became family over the 35 years we lived in CO made it difficult to say goodbye. However it was beyond time to get out of CO. Politics, traffic, how many people did and still moving to CO sealed the deal when we had a friend interested in the house.

Over the years a casual transaction of parts and or firearms turned in to friendships, seeing your kids born and grow up. Hell seeing you as well get older, considering a lot of you (ok some) are our daughters age.
Your help when the wife or i were unable to get things done, w/out asking for anything in return. When i got hurt and unable to move you stepped up to get done what i couldn't. I know the spouse is eternally grateful for you getting me out of the house. Probably saved us from............ well it saved us.

A call to ask my opinion [LOL] stopping by the shop for assistance with a part, or just to b.s. , those things too have passed. The phone calls to b.s or again ask my opinion do make that distance seem trivial.
Granted the frequency of you dropping by has been somewhat reduced ;)

I'll stop rambling and leave you with this.

THANK Each and Everyone of You for making our time in CO a MEMORABLE one.

We are first and foremost a Community, you've been there for a lot of us so it's only natural for us to offer up the same!

It sucks for us your not in Windsor anymore but the wife and I couldn't be happier for you guys!

I have to resist letting you know every time I'm working in Windsor now.

I wish I was joining the out of state sojourn. For the near term though, with the new job, hoping to find a smidge of land north or east of fort collins to avoid most of the traffic and people just having to come in at the north edge of town for work.

I wish I could have been there to lend a hand and feel bad that I wasn't physically able. Your wisdom is always appreciated and I'm happy that your situation is more palatable. Great bunch of folks here.

Sorry to see you go, but I'm glad you landed somewhere that makes you and wife happy. I would gladly move out of Colorado if able. My youngest boy and the job will keep me here for a good while longer though. Upon retiring, you can bet money this state will see nothing but my tail lights. Best wishes to you!

Kazoo, while at times you can be a crusty old f--k, uh, er..gent, you are a valued member of this community and bring tremendous value to this site with your posts. It's folks like you who make this more than just a simple online forum of individuals who share the same interests but actually make it a large extended family. So, Cuz, we're happy to do what we can for you and yours because that's what family does for one another.

Of course, I feel sorry for the folks down in "Washboard Alley" AZ - they have no idea what they've allowed into their midst. :)

I can't wait until the first time you get into a fight with someone and they ask you, in a rage, why you're still posting here.

I echo Mazins statement, it was well spoken. I will be living in Washboard Alley, AZ at some damn point, mi casa - su casa. I wish you the best of luck with all of your endeavors in your new location.

The Kazoo is who introduced to firearms and this forum. Hell, it’s been ten years since I took his CCW course. He told me he could teach me how to shoot. I still remember his face when I busted out the only gun I owned (Taurus 24/7 Pro). He was the ULTIMATE spare parts bin. If he didn’t have it, it didn’t exist. Sad to see you go but I’m happy for ya buddy! I’m sure you will be sticking around. Good luck on your new adventure!

You know, thanks to technology, you're still only a text away. I am happy you and your wife are in a state more to your liking, and I know that you know your Colorado Contingent are as close to you as ever. :)
