Read the whole thing if you want. What I found interesting was this:
He had no plans to hurt anyone else, officials said. He is believed to be a lone actor not affiliated with any international terror group or ideology.
Riiiiight. If he was doing this during a D's term it would have been a different couple of sentences. "Right wing extremist", etc.
I mean the very sentence before that one was
Authorities searching his home found eight pounds of black powder explosive meant to be used in a bomb that would ultimately weigh 200 pounds.
So 8 pounds of black powder and what, 192 pounds of feathers and unicorn farts?

THAT was funny.
Second bizarre unicorn reference I've heard today too. Yay.

Doesnt everyone have 8lbs of black powDer? I don't even reload & I do.
(Yeah yeah, my husband & I fly big rockets with FAA waivers on occasion so they already know where I live. )
Wow people are weird, even for my standards.
So to protest one direction, he planned to go in many?

Black powder? Nope. I don't own any muzzle loaders, yet...
Smokeless??? I'm going to quote "The Ranch".... "I've learned that the answer to that question makes most people uncomfortable"...

Back on topic...
Of course the left won't call this extremism. They can't have an honest conversation about people having one of two types of plumbing, and we are expecting them to be honest about calling one of their own something negative?
Never happen.
For some reason, I have more powder that I don't have a use for than powder that I do have a use for.

That's normal with reloading and working up loads.
So to protest one direction, he planned to go in many?
[LOL]
I applaud his volunteerism but it should have been an independent exercise.
I read this the other day, I was wondering where they got the whole 200 pound bomb thing from too.

As long as it's in a non-populated open area, then let him. It's his decision, and would mean one more less liberal.

What ever happened to old fashion immolation? I remember the days when other folks generally weren't caught in & subjected to a crackpot's zany shenanigans. Now its all the rage/vouge. [blaster]
& the FBI statement.... my lily white bum. That spokeperson's understanding of 'untold destruction' needs some real world context. Totally agree with foxtrot on that one.

Y'know, it would be SO much easier of all these protestors would just take a one-way ticket to their paradise (Venezuela) and file their oaths of renunciation at the consulate there.

I'm in for donating a couple tickets. ^^

Evil requires them to destroy the lives of others.
We could move to Antarctica and there would still be protests and demand for change.
