Has anyone else noticed that punctuation, especially when using contractions such as I?ll and other?s and quotation marks are sometimes posted incorrectly ? Take for instance the thread I just posted ?gun range suicide?. I proof read it and all my punctuation was correct, but when I posted it and read it, well you can read it for yourself I left it as it posted up.

This post did it too ! See all the question marks ?

It?s been doing it to me too. I figured it had something to do with the update but someone told me it might have something to do with my cookies.

The title in one of my trading post ads had some random question marks in it, I just chalked it up to Tapatalk wigging out again.

I've been seeing a lot more attachments than usual as well, from members who I am certain know how to post photos.

Also I've been having trouble sleeping lately. I think it's because of the server switch. Hope that gets fixed soon.

But I’m not using tap a talk, and I’ve noticed some really weird characters in some posts other than just the question marks.

Conferring with the brains about this. I've noticed this too but just starting with Ray's post. Heance the reason I thought it was a cookie issue with him. I'm seeing this all over the site now with a lot of members post.

Before, attachments would show as a thumbnail. Now they are often showing as a filename. I embed and link images, depending on where I'm at.

I wouldn?t worry too much. Probably just a side effect from something the government is doing when they hacked in to monitor everybody?s conversations here on the site.

Just posted on a different forum using the same Tapatalk app that I use to post here and everything is fine. I think the punctuation thing has something to do with this site.

Just curious. Can the question mark issue (among others) be resolved?
Not sure if the consensus is, that it is annoying enough for folks to look into it or not? I read a few archaic languages & i dont suck at finding patterns/inconsistencies so if pointed in the proper direction I'd even look into it. Just saying.

After the update, when you insert a picture using the From URL tab, it now shows up as a file name link instead of the actual picture.

I?m starting to get pretty used to my funky punctuation. It?s weird how you?re able to almost just tune stuff out after a while.

I've not had any issues embedding images, but I always edit the url to HTTP instead of HTTPS, as many images won't show because of host authentication issues when hotlinked

The question mark thing looks like an issue with quotation marks and apostrophes, but that's all I've noticed consistently...

The 8 question marks weren't typed as such, but are 8 different special characters on my Samsung keyboard. Its not just the occasional apostrophe=? in tapatalk.

I feel like the punctuation marks are going through the opposite of what gender is going through. Less choices, but everyone is still curious what you are.
