Mis-reported as a woman who has a character. Not so. A dude dressing like one fit for the fire.

If anyone was wondering why the unholy coalition of teacher's unions, media, and Democrats wants complete control of your school district, this is one reason.

Is that fiddle music I hear on the background?

I don't even have kids yet, and I'm furious for the parents of those children.

To quote BG, in all his accurate summation of the situation:

Fuckin' liberals...

These assholes have a need to get their agenda out there no matter the consequences of young minds.

I take the opposite approach. You should raise your kids confidently enough that they could have walked up, had a polite conversation with that person, and moved on with their day. We always complain about the left raising their crotchfruit to be little snowflakes that can't handle any deviation from their own dogmas. Shouldn't do that with the children on raised by those on the right, hiding them from anyone different.

Sure, you should raise your kids to think critically and to not shrink when they have their beliefs challenged.

But that's an entirely different ball of wax from the fact that drag queen is a fucking stupid job to highlight on a school career day.

I mean, unless you can point out that there's massive employment opportunities in the drag industry, and that those jobs pay well and have fantastic benefits I have a hard time believing that hosting drag queens at a career day isn't completely counterproductive to every concept of what a "career day" is actually meant to be.

Middle school is not age appropriate for such a method. Junior or Senior in highschool, maybe.

And the logic is flawed cus that assumes all students have the appropriate background in debating or overcoming peer pressure to conform to a societal expectation to not criticize; this particularly bears out in an official context like school where there is an expectation of truth and adherence to the things taught. Further, there is no value in exposure to such a niche subculture. For middle school, such an exercise is best served on topics that are teaching the process described, not a real world exercise.

This sort of stuff is EXACTLY why my kids will NEVER darken the door of a public indoctrination camp.

Yup.

And I will vote against school taxes and fight for school choice every chance I get.
