So I didn't think I'd end up in this situation but I'm looking for a lawyer to help with an auto accident. I know...I know...get Franklin D Azar, the strong arm. [ROFL3]
I know there's a lot of day time lawyers promising millions of dollars but I think I'm in a position where I think I'm getting screwed by the insurance company.
Long story short, the person responsible for the accident is covered by Esurance. My insurance company is Allstate. Allstate owns Esurance. Esurance wouldn't accept fault even though Allstate already paid me out in full for my totaled vehicle and my claims agent has been adamant that they are at 100% fault.
I've now hit my policy limit and I'm still waiting on payment for pain and suffering and lost wages. However, Esurance is still not accepting responsibility which is preventing Allstate from paying out the remainder of the claim. In December, it will have been a year since the accident.
I think it's because they are the same company...
Can anybody recommend a lawyer that they have used that is familiar with working with insurance companies?
