So I didn't think I'd end up in this situation but I'm looking for a lawyer to help with an auto accident. I know...I know...get Franklin D Azar, the strong arm. [ROFL3]

I know there's a lot of day time lawyers promising millions of dollars but I think I'm in a position where I think I'm getting screwed by the insurance company.

Long story short, the person responsible for the accident is covered by Esurance. My insurance company is Allstate. Allstate owns Esurance. Esurance wouldn't accept fault even though Allstate already paid me out in full for my totaled vehicle and my claims agent has been adamant that they are at 100% fault.

I've now hit my policy limit and I'm still waiting on payment for pain and suffering and lost wages. However, Esurance is still not accepting responsibility which is preventing Allstate from paying out the remainder of the claim. In December, it will have been a year since the accident.

I think it's because they are the same company...

Can anybody recommend a lawyer that they have used that is familiar with working with insurance companies?

Our family attorney actually recommends Jordan Levine.

Unfortunately, I think you answered your own question in the second line of your post......
You may have to go with a shady underhanded shister of a lawyer in your situation.

Joseph Ramos is a doctor.

And a lawyer.

Don't bother with Tom Matier Law Offices, unless you have a slam dunk they will tell you that you will get everything and then just drag it out and then tell you they got a low offer and it is not worth going to court, not worth fighting for.

I'm using Julian Bendenelli right now for the same thing. The law firm is Bendenelli law and they specialize in that sort of thing. He told me he has to sue people's own insurance companies almost as much as the guy who hit you. Sad. Insurance companies will screw you whenever they can and as long as you'll allow. PM me if you want more info.

Levine is pretty good as is Ramos. John Purvis, Shawn Pearman are two others that I would (and have) used personally. I have worked for most of them as an expert.

Based on what you said, I would call and talk to at least 2 or 3 of them and then pick.
