Vegas is a weird place for sure, fun though. For another $30 you could've taken your second jump off the Strat at half price.

How was the sandwich?

Vegas. The one time we were there while walking down the strip. I felt like we were extras in Blade Runner.

The up side was finding the right buffet places, that didn't cost more then the hookers.

The last time I was in Vegas was during college when my friends and me drove out there just to go to the Sizzler Steak House.

Get down to Freemont Street, USMC. There are some decent buffet places around there.

...and learn how to play conservative Craps. You might not win, but if you play smart you can still walk away from the table with the money you started with.

I played craps for 6 hours and came off $15.00 down. I also walked the entire strip from one end to the other. I need to sort out some pictures of that as well. Had a room at The Paris Casino

Thats a fact, there is a German joint I need to hit my next time out there. I was out of town in Houston for a week and decided to head to Vegas on the way back for two days so I just stayed on the Strip. My back and feet are killing me from walking the majority of the length of the Strip however

Nice...that's a great way to have fun and not lose your cash. Vegas sandwiches can make your stay more comfortable as well.

Can’t remember the last time I was in Vegas, but in Reno I only went to the casino for the cheap buffets, cheapest places in town for a sit down meal.

Yeah, you could find places that were expensive if you tried.

Last time I was in Vegas, I stayed @ the Maxim. Can't remember why I was even there, concert maybe.

The wall behind the headboard was a burnt orangish wallpapered crushed velvet skyline of the strip. Very boom chicka wah wah.

Also flew round trip for 46$

We would take trips to Vegas when my son was little, he loved the place! We did lots of research to find great cheap/free attractions and would usually get a ?Higher End? room at the Circus Circus (yeah I know). We would look for shows with Mil. Discounts and at the end of the day I would hit the Craps tables before heading to the room, my winnings would carry us for the next and my son loved seeing me plop down $100 bills on the bed!!!
When my and the wife go we tend to treat ourselves a little better with the rooms and meals. It?s good fun if you figure that money you gamble is already spent. There is plenty to do and see off the strip as well, just gotta plan it out.

Are you sure it is pork? Last time I was there, I saw a human finger bone behind the Union Plaza. I haven't been back since.

I go to Vegas 5 or more times a year. Have never stepped foot into a buffet. Sooooo many good places to eat.
