Recommendations for vehicle mileage expense app?

Anyone have experience with and recommend an app to help keep track of vehicle mileage expenses? There are quite a few out there and a lot of reviews that I read seem to be all over the board.

I just use a spread sheet. Mile IQ is really the only app I know of, but have never used it.
