Anyway, three teens were killed when breaking into a guys home with a knife and brass knuckles. He used an AR 15. Gramps wants stricter laws to prevent home owners from acting this way since an AR 15 would be too much.

Why the hell is it a “home invasion gone wrong” and a “botched robbery” is it that the victim should be robbed and beaten in his own home ? These type of scenarios should be “ home invasion/robbery gone right for the intended victim”. There is just too much of this attitude in the media reports that the aggressor/perpetrator is the victim, and the actual victim did wrong. I guess he/they are victims, victims of their own stupidity.

I agree with you, Bob. I think the alleged shit is just there to protect media from legal actions since the said shitbag hasn't actually been convicted of the crime in a court of law, even though we all clearly believe the shitbag committed the crime.

I hope I never have to hurt or kill someone in self defense. I carry to protect my family and myself but, man, I would really hate to use deadly force. Fortunately, since high school I have been big enough that people just don't mess with me but, I am prepared, just in case.

I don't live in areas where I am likely to face bad people and I don't go to areas where I will meet bad people. Not a 100% guarantee that things won't go sideways but, I try to mitigate the risks of it doing so.

Thieves suck and deserve what they get when they find trouble.
