I bought this not too long ago. I figured some on here may appreciate these. It?s a 1984 P7M8. I added the wood grips. It shoots like a dream. I?ve been carrying it in a galco tuk IWB but looking for a better CCW holster for it.

Nice! HBAR makes holsters, don't know if he has the mold for a P7 though.

Sweet! Did you find it on Gun broker, etc.?

Awesome pistol. I have had a P7 and a M13. Easy to shoot and scary accurate.

They are a difficult pistol to carry because so much of the weight is in the grip and there isn't a lot of slide for the holster to "grab."

Best holster I found for mine was a Milt Sparks Executive Companion.

Why on earth would one carry a relativley rare and desirable pistol?
God forbid you have to use it, you will lose it.
Property room paperwork "errors" and such.
Better off with a bone stock G19 or Shield as a DC.

Gorgeous piece though.

The odds are slim I’ll ever have to use it. I do alternate between this and my Glock 43 depending on wardrobe. Yeah it’s expensive and it would suck to have it tied up in an evidence locker but what else are guns for than to be shot and carried? Leaving a gun in a safe is blasphemous in my book.

I did find a nice hybrid holster from a seller on amazon that’s worked out nicely.

No I bought it from Bighorn Firearms. I like Gordon and and Ryan over there and they gave me a square deal on it. I think I paid $2,300 and that was pretty fair based on my searches.

I had one a few years ago, that is the one gun that I regret selling more than any other. [facepalm][facepalm][facepalm]
