Anyone know where to get them in Denver or COS?
Yeah, there's a surplus peddler I call Ammo Can Rick there in CLSP. He's ALWAYS got pallets of ammo cans, every kind you'd want. Look on Craigslist for "ammo cans", he's always got an ad there. He sells all kinds of surplus stuff, be prepared. Might be cash only too, can't remember.

Walmart by my house had fifty cal cans last I knew. $9.99. Reproductions of real ones but they work just fine.
Rick is the guy. Cans are $5 each if you buy 10 or more which seems to be the best deal around. I was there two weeks ago and he was running low on the standard 50 cal cans so you may want to ask what he has in stock. As noted call ahead 1st as he is rarely there.
