Yet again this year Burris Optics, a Colorado Company, is the main match sponsor for the Rocky Mountain Regional Steel Challenge Championship. 17-18 May 2019. You can shoot either or both days.

Burris has put over $5,000 of Optics and accessories on the prize table. Prizes are given out via random drawing. This is a cash payback match with all profits going back to the top shooters in divisions with 10 or more shooters. Last year over $10,000 of cash and Optics were given away.

Like previous years the match will be held at the Pueblo West Sportsmans Assn range in Pueblo, Colorado and it is open to the public.

Shooters under 16 shoot for free.

You can shoot up to four different guns for match score.

We will set up all 8 Steel Challenge stages. Total round count is a minimum of 195 rounds.

Those that are shooting the IDPA-SSP division (USPSA Production is comparable) a cover garment is not required. However all other IDPA gear rules/requirements apply.

Pistol Caliber Carbine (yes, we were trend setters) will again be offered.

Rimfire rifle will again combine optics and irons into the same division.

Fridays match will be open squadding and shooting can start as early as 11:00. Saturdays match starts at 8:00.

Lunch is provided for Saturday shooters.

Contact me with any questions you might have.

The physical address of the match is...
Pueblo West Sportsmans Assn
600 East Loma Drive
Pueblo West CO 81007

Lots of shooting combined with all four season in one day made for a fun match.

100+ people came out and made it happen.

With Burris donating over $5,000 worth of stuff to the prize table and a cash payback of over $4500 it was a really good time. Please be sure to contact Burris and say thank you for supporting us/you.

The Friday shooters got to sleep in and the Saturday shooters got an excellent lunch.

For 2020, again plan to shoot Friday and/or Saturday. 22-23 May.

Thank you to my awesome staff that always makes it happen.
