I have read the news reports and so far, I don't see a single crime; speech is free. This looks a lot like preventive detention, for a crime he might commit, which is unconstitutional. He's charged for having tramadol without intent to distribute? People need to read these reports carefully, because the Feds are not above prejudicing juries with claims that may be very exaggerated.

However I'm not sure with his "white supremacist" background of so long apparently how did he ever get a clearance and become a Lieutenant in the Cost Guard.
