Cousin is getting stationed in Colorado Springs. I am going to give them a hand on moving and they asked that I bring breakfast and coffee! So looking for a place open on Sunday so I can pick something up. They are from TX so I am thinking they might as well get used to burritos. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Art

2nd that
Western Omelette (https://www.westernomelette.com/).....for the win!
Right off I25 and Colorado - west side of freeway.
Try the Breakfast enchiladas with half hot green chili
Do NOT get full hot green chili!

Breakfast tacos are the thing in Texas, they sell them everywhere.. thinking about it now, I wish I could find some good breakfast tacos around here.

Quijotes Mexican Grill has good breakfast burritos as well. And the best price in town

Chipotle doesn't even open until 10:45am so you'll have to take one of these suggestions.

Yep! Was a shock when I moved out of TX. Now when we go back I eat out for breakfast every day over there.

No problem there. Not a chipotle fan any way.

Grab a bunch of Santiago's breakfast burritos on your way down. The best one on the way is in Castle Rock on the west side of Wolfenberger Rd behind the Burger King and across the street from Wendy's.

I have eaten there before and it is the best of the Santiago's I have eaten. They are closed on Sunday!! Looks like Monica's is the winner...with 3 votes.

I love Suzi's Diner at the top of the hill on 21st street. Or Crazy Brothers on Centennial and Garden of the Gods. Mother Muffs, Bon Tons, and others on Colorado in OCC.
Qdoba in Firestone does breakfast.
Of course, once the food coma hits, nothing gets done.

Rudys, they're breakfast burritos are great. Skip the line and get some pre-made from the 'store'. Don't forget a cup of their good coffee.
Monica's is a front for cartel money-laundering :|
King Chef is my recommendation
