Does anyone know of someone who would be able to engrave my AK receiver in Colorado Springs? Any recommendations on a smith to cut the barrel? Thanks in advance.

I had mine engraved by DangerLee in Elizabeth. He may be able to cut your barrel as well. The place I had engrave down here in the springs didn't do it very deep at all.

Tim at DangerLee is always a good choice and does offer smithing services.

Another option for engraving is Engrave Cave. Home based SOT who's just north of Franktown. paddywagon on the board here, not sure how often he's online but I'm sure he gets PM's. You can find him on FB too. Has done a few of mine as has Tim's guy.

I always make the drive to Arvada to have it laser engraved by a pro.

Troy at ColoradoGunWrites is the man.

I own the Engrave-Cave in Castle Rock and would be happy to help you out. I have had numerous board members that'll reference my work. We also cut and thread barrels etc.

I’ve had a few done by Troy, but I have to say that Engrave Cave did a great job on my last two and he’s got some fun stuff to look at while you wait. Not as long a drive either since I am in Franktown
